DID YOU KNOW??

Roughly 4 out of 10 autistic individuals have ADHD. And about 1 in 5 individuals with ADHD also have autism. For many, the conditions come as a packaged deal.

You’re Not a Walking Contradiction. You’re AuDHD.

Do you feel like you’re living a life of opposing truths? One moment, you’re in a state of intense, beautiful hyperfocus, and the next, you can’t seem to get your brain to start a simple task. You crave deep, meaningful connection, but social situations can feel draining and confusing. You’re a master of masking, of fitting in, but you’re tired of pretending. So, so tired.

If this sounds familiar, you might be AuDHD—a neurotype that combines the unique experiences of both Autism and ADHD.

Living with AuDHD in a world not built for your brain can be exhausting. It’s a constant dance between a need for routine and a craving for novelty, a desire for social connection and a need for solitude. It can feel like you’re always at odds with yourself, trying to reconcile the different parts of who you are.

But what if you weren’t broken? What if you didn’t need to be fixed?

What if, instead, you could learn to understand and embrace the beautiful complexity of your AuDHD mind?

At Therapy w. Jasany, We Get It.

I’m Jasany, a licensed therapist, a teacher of the self, and a late-diagnosed, high-masking AuDHDer. I know what it’s like to navigate the world feeling like you’re too much and not enough, all at the same time. I also know the profound relief and liberation that comes from finally understanding who you are and learning to work with your brain, not against it.

TWJ is a safe, virtual space for multi-marginalized folks to explore, heal, and self-actualize. Here, we don’t pathologize. We don’t do shame-based healing or disembodied “self-improvement.” We do real, honest, identity-affirming work that helps you come home to yourself.

What if, instead, you could learn to understand and embrace the beautiful complexity of your AuDHD mind?

How We Can Support You on Your AuDHD Journey

Individual Therapy:

In our 1:1 virtual sessions, we’ll create a space for you to unmask, to be your full, authentic self. We’ll work together to:

•Navigate the complexities of your AuDHD identity: We’ll explore the intersections of your neurodivergence with other parts of your identity, like your race, your sexuality, and your trauma.

•Heal from trauma: As an EMDR-trained therapist, I can help you process the trauma that often comes with living in a world that doesn’t understand or accommodate your needs.

•Develop personalized coping strategies: We’ll move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions and create practical, sustainable strategies for managing executive functioning challenges, emotional intensity, and sensory sensitivities.

•Cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance: You’ll learn to quiet your inner critic, embrace your strengths, and build a life that honors your unique needs and rhythms.

What Our Clients Are Saying

“I worked with Jasany for a short time to process identity related issues and to learn practical coping skills as a queer neurodivergent person. I immediately felt seen and supported which made me feel safe to share my concerns. I appreciate how she showed up in an authentic way because it gave me permission to do the same. I highly recommend Jasany! She is an awesome sounding board with creative solutions who cares about her work.”
