As more individuals are considering late diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions, many clinicians are finding it challenging to work on ND issues with clients. No shame.  The reality is that many master and doctoral level programs do not teach inclusive, affirming, and timely information related to diagnosing and supporting neurodivergent folx. This is a systemic issue.
